Thea was born in Cambodia and migrated to Australia at 15, She completed her Registered Nurse qualifications at Victoria University and after working as a registered nurse for a year, she was selected amongst 20 applicants, most of whom held PhD, as a representative of the Cambodia Investment Board. She excelled in this position, managing a team of 200 staff from 1995 to 2000. Her role was assisting foreign investors in the establishment of businesses and providing Investment advice on laws/regulations/opportunities in Cambodia.
In 2000, Thea was appointed as Country Director for the Overseas Project of Cooperation of Victoria (OPCV) and Sinclair Knight Merz (SKM) in partnership with other American, Australian and Singaporean companies as a consortium to assist the development of Cambodia in diverse sectors.
Thea pride herself in taking care of the people and working to achieve their objectives. These qualities are vital to the success of a “property sales consultant “and her persistence, professionalism, strong work ethics and results-driven approach to work are her goals. Her achievements have been the result of a, willingness to go the extra mile to assist clients to attain their goals and these are the properties every client wants.
Thea’s fluency in Khmer and English has enabled her to gain the trust and confidence of clients when seeking properties for overseas students and their parents in the purchasing of housing in the difficult transition to a new environment. Thea has now committed herself to the professional role of “Sales Consultant”.
