AGENTS RESPOND TO CORONAVIRUS

First National Real Estate Waverley City has announced practical temporary measures in response to the Australian Government Department of Health recommendations related to Coronavirus (COVID-19).

We have taken sensible steps to avoid direct contact, such as shaking hands, is observing social distancing, deferring non-essential rental property inspections, and working with clients responsively on specific arrangements where necessary.

The temporary changes are intended to underpin the essential functions of the property market as well as to reassure customers that all necessary precautions are being observed.

While the presence of Coronavirus certainly requires us to observe some sensible precautions, the business of real estate continues and it’s essential that we support clients who are selling their homes as well as the needs of our tenants and landlords.

During the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis, we’re continuing all the normal functions that support sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants for necessary arrangements, but deferring non-essential routine inspections. Open homes continue, but with appropriate contact precautions, and private inspection appointments are available upon request.

In all other respects, we’re getting on with the job of selling, renting and managing property at First National and optimistically working with our community as Australia responds to the effects of Coronavirus.
